What are the requirements for making a rental?

  • You must have a valid motorcycle/endorsement from the state that your driver's license is issued.
  • Renter/insured is the only one authorized to drive rental.
  • You must be 25 years of age.
  • You must purchase motorcycle rental insurance at the cost of $15.00 per day prior to leaving with the rental.  It is provided through MBA Insurance.  Optional Supplemental Liability Insurance is also available to purchase for an additional $4.95 per day.
  • A refundable $1500.00 security deposit is required at time of rental.  Security deposit is refunded at rental return provided the motorcycle is in the same condition as when it was rented.  Late return fees and/ or refueling fees may be deducted from the security deposit.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or cash for the security deposit.
  • Reservations must be paid in full to guarantee rate and rental date.
  • Rider is instructed to wear proper attire such as long pants, long sleeve shirt, and closed shoes.
  • All coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms of the rental contract and do not include coverage for personal property, or damage as the result of negligence on part of the renter for illegal use of motorcycle or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  RENTAL RULES MUST BE COMPLIED WITH AT ALL TIMES.

Late Return Policy:

   A late fee of $25.00 per hour will be charged for late return rentals.  Please    notify us as early as possible if you will be late returning the rental.

 

Fuel Policy:

   Rental motorcycles will be full of premium fuel at time of pick-up.  Please return your rental full of premium fuel.  A fee of $25.00 plus the cost of fuel will be charged if motorcycle needs refueling.

 

Cancellation Policy:

   Cancellations with more than 30 days notice will receive 50% refund (minus cancellation fee).  There is no refund for cancellations with less than a 30 day notice.  There are no refunds for early returns.
